Staying open minded on the premises, after I exposed to the premises that poor customer service is rife with in one bank branch in Bolton, and the experience has gone on for more than fifteen years to the best of my knowledge.Let's hope the company starts to improve ?Update ladies and gentlemen, so far no reply upto now to my letter which doesn't much surprise me.Further details to follow.But I have saved the best till last.Ladies and gents.Just spotted while I was shopping in the local area that the customer service department has gone, it's now the nat.West customer service department, also ladies and gents when I complain about poor customer service handed out in Bolton to me is one thing, but when the company won't reply, and trusted staff tell me what I have expected, management won't do anything to improve.Then all I will say is no training of staff or minimum training of staff only take place.Hense I can say this openly for people to read.
