VIP service!Booked a small automatic car as I have a disability. No small autos available so i got an awesome Vauxhall insignia instead (which made the trip way more pleasurable)!On return Kim offered to give me a lift into town so I didn't have to walk. From the moment I walked through their doors to me being chauffeured to town she treated me like a valued customer!A big thank you to Kim and her colleagues.

Staff are polite and helpful. Website is easy to use. (And the woman that drove me home was beautiful).
Good selection of vehicles and friendly staff. (Does get busy at peak times though) The pick up feature is great. Generally slightly more expensive than average. But I've never been pressured into buying extras or had any hassle or game playing on return that some companies indulge in. So worth it. All in all well recommended.
