Cafe service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. Arrived, no apologies. Absolutely cold. Returned to grumpy staff member, no apologies. Decided to leave, to avoid another long wait. Will not use again.
Very big M+S great food hall,clothing and home furnishings. Good Cafe with a variety of food and drinks but can get busy at lunch times.
Coffee luke warm, toastie cool by the time I got it and had to wait 10 minutes for it - perhaps it was sat waiting !!! This cafe has not been good for some time. Been going to Costa Coffee for some time now - why can't Marks get it right?

The bra fitting assistant was really good. She knew what she was advising and made sure the fit was as good as it could be. I would recommend her to others wanting a good bra fitting and experience.
