Marcus attended our fault within a matter of hours and talked us through fully the investigation work that was needed. He and his team were very methodical and thorough. A faulty wire was causing our electrics to trip, Marcus and his team fixed the problem with no disruption. He is very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything to us at all steps.
