Firstly an excellent price. Secondly despite being told it was "kerbside delivery" and panicking about how to get a full sized dishwasher indoors by myself, I worried needlessly. The "smiley"driver got on with getting it to my kitchen, (without even being asked) efficiently and cheerfully. I wholeheartedly recommended this company. I will use them again and certainly recommend them to others. Thank you all involved.

I had nothing but excellent service from Simply Electricals. They were very friendly and helpful during the order process and checked on the stock before I ordered, arranged for delivery within three working days and arranged for the delivery to be made in the morning as I had an appointment in the afternoon. The driver phoned me 30 mins before arrival and was at my door at the arranged time. Although they say "curbside delivery", the driver helped me to carry the very heavy TV to my first floor flat, removed the packaging and took it away with him.I paid a very fair price and I am very happy with my purchase.
Recently purchased a New Samsung Q9F & I cannot fault the service! Being in retail myself it's rare than I'm impressed with a "buying process", but Jane online and latterly Michael made the process simple & enjoyable!!
