Appalling customer service, I placed an order last week for a delivery for my mother in laws 60th birthday. After accepting the order, and of course the payment, they cancelled on the day of delivery with nothing more than an email stating that they did not cover Romney despite accepting the order and payment for this. Having read the reviews this appears to be normal practice for this company, they are however opening themselves up for legal action as this is a breach of contract. They accepted the order based on the order details, if they could not fulfill this due to not covering the location they should not have accepted my payment.The most annoying issues was that there was absolutely no call from this company to ensure I was aware of this cancellation. I did not know until 6 pm on the evening of the delivery day. I only became aware of this because as I checked to see if they had been delivered as we had not heard anything from the recipient. Not so much as a telephone call, outrageous.In response to their email I highlighted that they were in breach of contract and that I was not at all happy with the service provided and not surprisingly I received no response from this.Despite Direct 2 Florist email which stated I would have a refund I am still awaiting this refund, I will be contacting my banking as it appears to be being held.
Forgot my sister's birthday, so had to order flowers on the day. They arrived within hours and the card had been handwritten, for that extra personal touch. Very pleased with the service. I would add, however, that Direct2Florist seems to be a hub for all sorts of unrelated florists, from all over the country (in this instance Victoria Westlake Florist in Bristol). I can't vouch for all of the florists who list their services with Direct2Florist.
Terrible customer service - my advice is to maybe use this site to find a florist abroad but then call the florist direct, calling direct2florist is an inconvenience to them. Distressing time for my mum and no compassion or even basic customer service given.
Delivered within an hour of ordering. Beautiful flowers too. Im very impressed.
I'm very happy with the friendly professional service these lovely people provided for me. If Google allowed 10 stars there still wouldn't be enough to show how good they are. Highly recommended them and I will be back very soon.
