Suoer friendly salon, i visited while in Bolton for a work commitment and it's always hard to know where to go when away from home. I will definitely be back, great treatments and lovely staff.
The negative comment had nothing to do with the fact you said she wasnt qualified. It was to do with how rude, arrogant and egotistical you came across. Maybe if you handled the situation more professionally I may have deleted the comment. Except the criticism, learn and move on. I thought you wasnt responding again? :) This really is the most unprofessional comment on a review I have ever seen in my life. You really have gave a good look for your business. I have read what you said and its completley full of lies.
I go to this salon all the time the owner does my hair to perfection and her staff are amazing at doing all my treatment. I was at the salon today when this gentleman attended his girlfriend's interview with her and for what I saw and heard the owner was nothing but professional and courteous. This salon makes everyone feel special everytime you go. Please give this salon a go and see for yourself. I really have a problem with nasty people leaving horrible reviews. I'm sorry Vonest that you have to deal with such people when you give such amazing service. Keep smiling the rest of the reviews tell the real story.
Back, neck and shoulder massage, facial and Hopi. All three treatments very enjoyable. Staff friendly, felt comfortable.
