The prices are cheaper to most of other suppliers. Staff is helpful. I have been few times.
Reading a couple of the reviews, I think I must have been to a different branch. I have visited probably about 8 times in the last year. The service has never been less than excellent. I went in last week and didn't know what the part that I wanted was called. I was helped by Toni - she brought what she thought was the correct part for me to look at. It was the right one. She was helpful beyond normal customer service. I would like to place on record my appreciation for her efforts. Pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with. An excellent representative of Toolstation. She served me again today - excellent again.
Went in to buy a few things but lack of help from 'racist' staff lead me to just walk out!! Didn't expect such unprofessional behaviour!!
