bought the Mooni 'take me' lamp from G&H and unfortunately it developed a fault and stopped charging. A short discussion on a call and a return call minutes later and a new one is being sent out with no quibbles. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

We purchased from Gardens and Homes Direct because the price plus the promise of cash back through topcashback made it a good deal. However the cashback has not appeared and despite the promises we are still waiting nearly 6 months after the original purchase when it promised to pay within 12 weeks. Gardens and Homes Direct still promise cashback, in our experience we would not recommend either Gardens and Homes Direct or Top Cash Back again.UPDATE FEB 2018:Since posting the review we have still not received the cashback, now eight months since purchase. I would have thought that Gardens & Homes Direct would have been in touch, but no. Obviously customer service is not their priority. Beware they are still showing as providing cashback through TopCashback, don't be taken in as you may also not receive it.
Received my order this morning, very quick service, not opened the boxes yet but will review again regarding garden furniture but felt I had to say thank you for the delivery service, it was a pleasure to deal with a delivery driver that was so helpful, my husband and I are a bit older and my husband has a heart condition but although it was supposed to be a door step delivery, the driver took it around to our back garden as the boxes were very heavy. Thank you for using a great delivery service.
