Great place to work! Fun and lively environment, great company benefits and working hours!!The commission is easily achievable and you get out exactly what you put in! Good on the job training and the company actually listens to what staff have to say which is rare in todays day in age.
Not to bad to work for but business seems to feel that Personal issues should be left outside of work and dont offer support for them. Hours are ok with no weekend work but targets are unrealistic and there is no buzz or excitement in the office due to being micro managed. MD also likes to try and be little staff by speaking down to them and this doesnt motivate anyone at all
