I recently completed a property purchase with AGH Solicitors. Things got off to a rocky start with the property that I had initially planned to purchase; that eventually did not progress as I decided to pull out due mainly to terms within the vendors lease that I wasnt happy with and also poor communication on the part of AGH. Second time around was much improved; my Solicitor kept me informed throughout.The house purchase was completed within the timeframe expected. With the first transaction I had begun to doubt my decision to use a firm I found through an online conveyancing site but once the 2nd transaction got underway and was running smoothly with very good communication I was happy. My experience has been that as long as you - the purchaser do your due diligence, research for your own knowledge, read the paperwork and ask questions this makes the process easier, you become less frustrated and your expectations are managed; also youre not relying on the Solicitor to walk you through the entire process.My huge thanks to Rahila - the Solicitor who worked on my case. I would definitely recommend AGH Solicitors.
