OMG......... These guys are totally amazing.They have worked wonders with my locks. At one point, I was walking about with a huge bunch of keys, for my house and my sisters. I had 8 keys in total and it was a pain carrying them around all the time. Plus, If I had a lodger stay, It meant getting 6 keys cut for them. Plus, traditionally, if they left, I would change all 6 at huge expense. These guys recommended a ONE key system. They were able to change all the locks at mine and my sisters, so that all I need to carry is one key. I also have a back gate and garage access door that my gardener used to use..... I didnt want him to have a key to access all areas, so these guys were able to make a master key AND and slave key.... i.e. one key only works for the back gate and garage (for the gardener) yet my master key works on both my house and the garage. They are sooooo talented. Plus, I recently had to change the keys and for a very reasonable charge, they were able to re-configure the existing barrels to accept a new key. I am totally bowled over by these amazingly talented guys. I cant recommend them enough.

Got 3 keys made, 2 x for mortice lock and 1 x for night latch. Very well made absolutely no issues to use. Impressed with the performance of the key maker, would go there again if need be so. Reasonably priced too.
I've been using Chris & Rob German for nearly 30 years. Master locksmiths they can be relied on to ALWAYS come up with the goods. Quality products sold, excellent advice offered and really helpful service. Prices are very reasonable especially considering you're getting years of professional experience. I've never presented them with a problem they haven't been able to rectify be it home/business or auto. I won't consider using anyone else
