The place is run by a bunch of headless chickens who do not know how an order system works. Its simply, a customer places an Order and is given an Order Number. When the customers order is ready they come and collect. In this place the headless chickens are constantly shouting over each other and get orders mixed up and obviously this leads to customers waiting forever to collect their food. I would suggest the place is re-managed properly and this will benefit all of its customers. Pathetic!
Really enjoyed the food here. Had a very nice texture to it. The mixed shawarma and the salad was very delicious to me. Normally its small but now they have opened the 2nd floor and its bigger.
Food was fresh, naan, chicken and salad all very fresh tasting. Table space downstairs is a bit cramped but there is an upstairs available. I would recommend parking on main road, side alleys are very untidy and dodgy looking.
Chicken Shawarma was nice n juicy. Perfect place for a quick snack or a full blown meal. Price is very reasonable. Love the lamb shawarma, I guess the lamb is very popular and they keep running out.
Istanbul Shawarma is a takeaway shop with a huge variety of food to try. This place makes nice Turkish foods, and I would highly recommend this to anyone on the lookout for freshly prepared food. It is a great place with a casual eating area added to it. The TVs and bar stools are a great addition to this great restaurant. Is this the greatest Turkish restaurant in England? Probably so. I think that this shop deserves to become nationwide! For these reasons I am rating this place five stars!
