Scam store. Avoid like the plague. Sold a product they falsely described and refuse to give full refund. Awful customer service. Out of pocket now.
Did not complete order and won't send good or refund. In more depth I place two separate orders at the same time. They sent one and provided same tracking number for both. They refuse to refund or send good and we're very unpleasant and unhelpful. I would not recommend.
Ordered a mens bowls jacket size 44" chest which according to company size chart was XXL. When it arrived it was enormous , about 56" chest.Duly sent article back and re-ordered L size which is fine. Being naive assumed return postage would be refunded but now find company doesnot refund costs even though it was their incorrect sizing which causedthe problem. SO BEWARE PURCHASERS THE SIZING CHARTS ARE USELESS AND YOU TOO WILL BE OUT OF POCKET>
