Nice place to shop in. Good selection of shops from Debenhams to Boots and lots inbetween. Big open and bright and some great places to eat. Escalators and glass lifts make it easy to get around and lots of parking in the adjoining multi story car park.
The market place is vibrant and varied. there is a cinema. coffee shops. A great choice of restraints. crazy golf for the kids. and a great choice of shops.
Although it has improved as a shopping centre, it's very difficult to move around it for ms with pushchairs. Lifts take for ever, cafes are very small, there is no restroom for mum and baby, parking while having a buggy is absolutely a nightmare. You need to take the escalator with the buggy to access the shops if you parked within the shopping centre, and there is no space (or not enough) for parents parking their cars and needing the space. Very difficult to navigate through the parking area, indications are very few and poor. There's a lot of work to do to make this place accessible to mums with pushchairs or people on wheelchairs.
In the middle of transforming again. Its looking very nice but its also lacking in good old fashioned stores. Its also lost a few familiar shops. Its trying to be Trafford centre but its a long way to go. And would need a lot of investment.
Market Place Shopping Centre is a retail centre with shops and brands galore. The pricing of their produce is at a reasonable price, and the quality of it is great too! Even though it might get busy sometimes, your experience will still be great. The shops sell amazing brands, and the staff are happy to help at any time at all. The cafes are always able to keep customers satisfied, and to maintain the sustainability of their food. The new addition of the downstairs vault makes customers even more happy, as they sell scrumptious food. The golf course and soft play area is awesome and entertaining for kids too! For these reasons I am rating this place five stars!
