Second to none service, Stephen was so helpful in making sure I got the right size unit for the portable dance floor I was having delivered and then when buying more than I anticipated at the last minute he was happy to get his tape measure out and double check the unit still met my needs, he then transferred units for me quickly and smoothly when it was apparent my additional purchase wouldn't fit in the original one i'd reserved. Efficient, friendly service and good clean units, I would highly recommend. Stephen is an absolute credit to your company.

I must admit I felt much more comfortable dealing with a local company than the London based call centre which other storage company's seem to use. The quote was competitive, and the sign up process was quick and trouble free with everything clearly explained.We were able to look at different sized units to decide what best suited our needs. Security looks excellent.
After going first to Alligators competitors across town who we thought were a little expensive & not very straight forward with what we required, we turned up at Alligator Mill Bolton & were very pleased with the uncomplicated & very welcoming manor of Steve on reception, who then visually showed us what we might need so that we could choose for ourselves, then showed us the actual unit. After giving us all the info we reserved the unit straight away. Much more competitive & such a good deal. Perfect. We would recommend them to friends & family
We turned up at the Alligator Mill and were warmly welcomed by Stephen , who explained in full, the way the self storage worked and advised us as to which storage space size would be best for our needs.It was good to look around and to see the "demo" space to give an idea of the size of the Units.It all seemed very clean, tidy, efficient and we came away confident that the contents of our home would be safe and secure within storage --- for as long as we needed.We were very impressed with the Mill and the customer service that we received was exemplary.
