Ordered a matress protecter and it turned up opened. I sent it back and received a refund, the staff were very apologetic but had to wait a while for the refund. I was disappointed but the manager was persistent to resolve my issue and maintained good customer service.

I've got some of their bamboo towels and they're beautiful. So soft. Dan Ready went out of his way to help me when I had a small problem regarding matching colours. He dealt with it amazingly well. All customer service should be like this. Highly recommend the bamboo towels and their customer service - if everyone is as helpful as Dan.

The quality is in no way luxury, feels actually very cheap. No customer service whatsoever, left a number of messages no response. Sent email no response. My next point of call is trading standards. The worst online shop I have ever done. I think all these other reviews must be fake or they are getting paid to approve this, over 2 days still no response. Let's see if any replies but I won't hold my breath.
