Top class staff really good food just great
Avoid this business I ordered a cake for my daughters 21st Harry Potter was nothing like discussed very upsetting and disappointing
The staff are really rude and treat you as though you have no idea about cakes. When I was asking to design one they said no to all my ideas even though it was my cake but then we came to an agreement, however when we collected the cake it was awful. Im not happy with the result and they put stuff on that we didnt want. I would not recommend!
Just collected a cake An is completely different to what I ordered ,looks nothing like what is ordered discussing service very rude staff , when Advised not happy woth cake they said to leave the cake there without any refund
Reading through these reviews I can see this is not the first complaint as I was told when I made mine!I ordered some cupcakes for my daughters birthday which I had to pay for in full before I collected them!They were terrible, is putting it nicely they looked rubbish and tasted worse.When I rang to complain they didn't want to know, no manager contacted me back which I had requested and didn't even want to see pictures of what I was complaining about. Basically they didn't care.Shocking cakes and even worse service.AVOID!
