Very bad service, I bought a bike after a few months broke down, the staff do not want to repair, they never have time, I definitely do not recommend
Good gear for the price. However the tall hairy dude with tats was incredibly miserable with us. Cheers for making us feel unwelcome dude.
Ordered new bike for grandson online in store and awaited delivery for Friday. Then an email arrived from the delivery company to say it would be Saturday. Another email from delivery company to say it would not now be delivered because of stock discrepancy, apparently they had lost the bike. Had a discussion with Chris at Bolton store, who couldn't do enough for us. The end story is we have an upgraded bike and they made sure it had all the safety checks before collection. Thanks to the lads at the Bolton store, especially Chris, a lesson in customer service.
Terrible customer service. Had tried to contact the Bolton store all morning, I've tried every department and customer services yet the phones just ring out. I want to check if the store has an item in stock before I make the 40 minute journey to purchase it. What a waste of my time. I will purchase a similar item from another company.
I could and do spend hours at decathlon stores. The array of sports equipment and outdoor pursuits merchandise is staggering. From gum shields to fishing floats, they stock the lot. Each store I have been in has been well laid out, well stocked and well priced. The staff are fantastic. Their enthusiasm and knowledge of products is unbelievable and they are always prepared to assist shoppers. Kids are welcome and are encouraged to explore the different sports equipment. The prices and quality is very competitive and I don't hesitate in buying their goods.Well done decathlon. A true shopping expereince......
