Was recommended to try this garage via Facebook and I wasnt disappointed. Professional and kept informed. Went above and beyond to get my car back on the road especially as I booked it in late afternoon on a Saturday and they stayed late to complete work. Nothing is too much trouble for Roy and his team. Honest, reliable and trustworthy all in one.
Originally I went here because of the RAC but I had to take my car elsewhere to put write the damage done by this garage. There are lots of 5 star reviews and a large number of 1 star reviews. Use with caution.
Original went because it was recommended to me by the RAC chap. Brilliant service. The diagnostics on my car took ages and the mechanic didnt charge me for a huge portion of the time he spent trying to figure out the problem. They were kind and explained everything they were doing. I felt kept in the loop and not taken advantage of. Highly recommend this place.
Took my car here because of the positive reviews I had seen and couldnt be more happier with the service given. Very friendly and helpful staff, everything was explained to me clearly as to what was the issue and what the fix would be before completing any work. Had my VW Polo put in and quickly returned and drives perfectly now. I hopefully wont need to return anytime soon but if I have any issues I know where to go, I would recommend giving them a call for clear professional help :)
Great customer service and prices. Roy managed to fit my car in for an MOT at short notice and arranged for a replacement exhaust to arrive the next day to be fitted. Vicky was great company while waiting for the MOT to be carried out and kept me up to date when my car was ready to be picked up after the repair works the next day. I will be returning for my next MOT and any other repairs in the future.
