Apalling service. I was made to feel like a liar and attention seeker when i seen my Dr. Rude and unhelpful, I will be changing my Dr asap. Disgusting they think they can talk to people like that.
Had to give it a rating but this doesn't even deserve a one. You try and call at 8 but the lines are busy. Once you finally get through, they tell you they're fully booked. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. When I needed an appointment so badly, they don't care!! I would not recommend this place at all. It used to be decent before it was moved over from across the road. Don't go here. Unless you want the stress and messing around, don't go here. Take it from someone who's been trying to go here but rarely gets in. I'll be changing my doctors after writing this. I'm done with that place.
They never answer the phone and when they do answer they tell you there is no appointments now so you will have to ring back in the morning at 8 they should have never gone into one big practice I was happy when I was with the great lever practice!!!
Very bad experience to make urgent appointment .8am to 8.30am lines so busy that they are not going to answer and after 8.30am they will say it's fully booked.That's why I m changing the doctors today.
Went their yesterday with a water infection had to do a sample toilets were out of order used the disabled ni toilet roll no hand towels came out to use the hand sanatizer that was all gone dont know who is responsible for this but its appauling for a gp surgery
