Totally messed us about when we went to see about having bespoke wedding rings made - lots of promises of "you'll definitely have the quote next week, this is a priority, blah blah" but took over three weeks to even get a price out of them. Design that was sent through was nothing like the very simple design I'd requested, more excuses made, nonsense about the reason the design was wrong was "not having a model to work from" (they'd photographed my engagement ring to make something to match). Never rang back when they said they would, totally unprofessional attitude and in the end we took our business elsewhere - didn't need that stress less than a month before we get married. Huge shame as I wanted to use a very local business but have commissioned someone in central Manchester instead.
