I am really disappointed with the service Ive received. My family have been shopping here for years and the past few months its really gone downhill. Considering its supposed to be a family business youd expect them to care about their customers but the people working there clearly dont, they just want our money and then arent bothered about us again.
Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered a ring in September and its now December and the ring has still not come. Rang the shop up every couple days to check and they kept saying 'it will arrive tomorrow'. The shop has not contacted me once about the ring, every time I had to chase them up to ask about the ring. You would think after many years they would be able to run a business properly, clearly not.
