Appalling customer service. Departments do not communicate with each other, leading to extremely poor service. Constantly having to chase for information, resulting with one department telling me the incorrect amount we would receive for settlement. Rang back to confirm this was correct, and informed it was the correct information. Cheques arrived today, with completely different, (and reduced amount), to that which we were informed of by their team the previous week. Khuram our case handler is the only reason why I have given one star, rather than 0
