One member of staff is very abrupt and rude. Doesnt seem to understand the concept of customer service. Constantly acts like she is doing you a favour by accepting your business.

Refusing to scan code for sighned letter and only gives receipt. No tracking. Will complain to Royal Mail. Avoid
