This post office closes earlier than the opening times. yesterday I came 3.45pm and saw the shutters half-way down(closes at 5.30pm). Also I went today again at 10.30 am today, an hour before closing and the place is shut. If you are going to be shutting the place for breaks or prayers then at least write it and display it somewhere on the doors.
i only went in to pay my council tax ,what is it when a man serves a person, namely a female in front of me in the queue and then refuses to show the same courtesy to me a male? the paypoint is down at one off the counters at post office so the manager is going to the next room to give people money. when it my turn to ask for money to go to a shop that has a paypoint that's up and running, he tells me he cant do it for me. btw the other shop will only take cash for paying council tax. i guess if i was female he would of served me hmm.
Came to post important letter around 10 mins before 6pm and closing time was 6.30pm. The lady said she can't post anything cause they are closing at 6pm. Very useful that website says 6.30. Very disappointed.
Change of staff has made a big difference to this office.. seems like they want to actually help you.. this office has a great variety of products including an amazing range of vape liquids... defo worth a visit now
The young woman at the checkout till was very rude. I waited for a long time while she was speaking with her friend.When she eventually began to serve me, her FULL attention was with her friend and not with her customers.The process was unnecessarily long and I would not recommend this Post Office.
