Yet another letter saying not paid for my dogs treatment nearly 3 years later. Was told to pay on day of op which I did. Animal trust was paid 400quid but I paid cash so they say they have no record so where's that money gone too.now threatened with bailiff action .well take me to court.
Excellent service booked an appointment online only waited 5 mins to be seen all the staff wer lovely, went to my local vets and was going to cost between 600 and in excess of 1000 pound to have my cats teeth removed but it only cost me 225 at animal trust, all the staff do a fantastic job, would highly recommend them.
Just started to use these vets after my own vets mis diagnosed my dog. Still ongoing with consultations but have nothing but praise for them. Receptionists, vets and all staff have been so considerate and vets ring me when they say they will, maybe not exact time but it is extremely busy so I dont mind at all. As for costs, Ive been told how much it is at each appointment or beforehand if known. When consultation charges for an appointment at other vets is over 30 each time and you have to keep taking your precious pet it soon mounts up. Its a big thumbs up from me so far. THANKYOU.
The 1 star is because the vet who dealt with us after our dog had died was good with us. Other than that i would rate 0 because of how our sick dog was neglected to be seen.We were given an emergency appointment time in the evening which we were thankful of as our dog was loosing blood. The reception staff knew he was bleeding and we were having to soak up the blood with a towel. Another family who's emergency appointment was after ours went in first with their lively dog. Our dog was lethargic and still losing a lot of blood. After checking if we had been missed we were told heir system works like A&E and the other dog could've been more poorly. Another 30 minutes passed, we had been given an appointment time but we're still told it's like A&E and would be seen soon. Other families came and went while our boy was bleeding in the waiting room. Over an hour from our appointment time and no other pets waiting , we were looking online for somewhere else to take him as he still hadn't been seen. Our boy was 4 years old and bleeding and was kept waiting for over 90 minutes to be seen. He was so poorly at the point he was seen, he was kept in and given fluids and we were told not to worry they see this all the time and what looks bad to us owners is nothing to them. Early the next morning they did revive him from a cardiac arrest but he remained poorly. He had a further cardiac arrest and died. The vet who we saw at this point was considerate and explained processes and options. 24 hours earlier He was a happy lively dog.We did make a complaint and discussed with them in a phone call how neglectful they had been with our dog, their response of its like A&E was unsatisfactory as they had not made any attempt to even check on our dog when they knew he was losing blood. Our suggestion was this kind of service needs a triage rather than emergency appointment times but they need to make up their minds about what kind of service they are offering. We expressed that we would like to know the outcome of the discussions they were going to have about this but they have not been in touch since. Without hearing of improvements they have made since this incident in September I cannot consider using this vet in the future and I do not recommend them. For info he had haemorrhagic gastritis.
A Superb Busy Practice with extremely caring, hardworking Vets and Receptionists. We are so pleased that they were recommended to us. Our Cat has been given great care with these Vets. We cannot praise them highly enough.Great that you can book an appointment on line. No Consultation Fees is a huge bonusA wonderful Practice who truly make you feel at ease in their care for our pets.We are truly thankful for all that The Staff do
