Despite recieving an appointment for our lovely yet very scared cat we turned up and was told the nurse wasn't there. No apologies given at the time. Despite my cat showing signs of distress they refused to see her even though her appointment had been booked for weeks. Tried to book another appointment we doubled checked with them and it turns out the nurse wouldn't be there again on specified booked day. My cat is very distressed and we are looking at going to a more competent vets. If they can't even book appointments correctly then I dredd to think of how competent they are giving the correct care to our lovely animals.
