Nicer than most car show rooms, and with sales staff willing to engage!
I made an online enquiry via their website over a Toyota estate they were selling, with details of the car I wanted to part-exchange, asking for an online valuation of it, which I was expecting would be emailed to me today.On the plus side, I was telephoned back within minutes of making the website request. On the negative side, the girl (very pleasant and polite I might add) who called, had no decision making role to discuss a potential deal with me over the phone. She just wanted me to make an appointment to come and view the Toyota. I explained I was in Nottingham and some considerable distance away, and I really needed some idea whether the screen price of their vehicle was negotiable or not and an approximate part-exchange value on my car before I agreed to taking a potentially wasted journey if this information couldnt be provided in advance.She told me a business manager would call me that day to discuss these issues. No call was made.What I did get, late on in the day, was an email from one of their sales executives (not the business manager), to completely the wrong name asking me to contact them to arrange to see my car to value it more accurately than the online valuation facility figure -which I never got sent anyway.At least try and use the customers right name when you contact them. It hardly inspires confidence that you are of the remotest interest or importance - despite wanting to buy an 11k car.I had been genuinely interested in the car, and so much so I paid for an HPI check on it today, and was looking very much forward to progressing matters. But because I wasnt called back by the person who was supposed to call me, not given the online valuation figure for my car, and then sent an email in a completely different name for my own the alarm bells rang and my interest ended there and then. Overall a very poor experience.

Took my car in for its first service. Wanted to discover a little of Bolton as never been there before and the ladies on the service reception were extremely helpful in suggesting where to go. I took there ad ice and enjoyed the walk into town. On my return to the garage I was well looked after by the service staff until my car was washed and ready. I enjoyed the experience of becoming a Perry's customer and would highly recommend them.
