Amazing customer service! Treated like royalty. Went with my wheelchair bound mother and the salesman pushed her round without even being asked. Enjoyed refreshments and an extremely relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't recommend them enough.
What a place - smartest, cleanest, biggest car showroom we have visited so far. After perusing for a while, we were approached by a sales representative who was able to guide us to the Motability Specialist (Grant). Grant was able to spend a considerable amount of time helping us with our enquiries. He took us around various models and explained plenty. Be prepared, this is a huge place. Plenty of new and used cars in stock and all in pristine condition. Quite a few disabled parking bays and easy access for wheelchair users. Thanks to Grant, we now have BMW shortlisted for our next call.
Hi all just sharing my Experince as Im in the market for a New used Vehicle. This showroom is spectacular as you would Expect from BMW main dealers however I was Expecting a slightly more Effort from the Staff I was left alone Roaming around for about 30 minutes looking at vehicles but had to approach the Reception for a sales person I did get a apology for waiting but come on BMW! Get your team together!! Thank you
