While the staff at Bolton were extremely helpful when Mum was spending 1600 on a chair, we found the company as a whole to be terrible in terms of after sales customer service. You can also buy much better quality for much less money with tons better after sales service in our view. Beware! Advice....shop around before and you will probably find a much better alternative elsewhere.
