The table and chairs are beautiful. The courier (Panther) emailed me with an arrival time of 16:37 and they arrived at 16:36 and everything about the purchasing and delivery experience was perfect. I just love my new garden furniture. Thank you to Rattan Direct/Panther and to my neighbours for the recommendation.
Excellent service from the moment I ordered to the delivery. I had to change the allotted delivery date to suit me and it was amended and I was given my date and time slot on return email, a very speedy service.The quality is good, although have to admit it took my husband and I almost one hour plus some swearing to put the legs and support on the large rectangular table together.When done though, a well earned glass of wine or two each and the table looks great. Reclining rattan chairs good too. There are 2 plastic bases that go on the chair legs that are missing, I emailed and within minutes a reply telling me they would be in the return post. They shouldnt be missing, but good to know that it was acknowledged straight away and dealt with. I have no companints about that.Good strong table cover provided too.Would recommend.
If I could give a zero rating I would!!! After nearly 4 weeks of me ringing every other day as they do not respond to emails....being fobbed off with many different stories of where my replacement parasol is, 3 different delivery dates as our first parasol was delivered damaged to then being verbally abused by the telephone sales lady today we have now been informed there are non in stock for a further 3 weeks... even though an hour before there were 2 in stock!!! Absolute shocking service and will definitely not being purchasing from this company ever again!
Excellent service and product. I had multiple emails and texts telling me about the progress of my order (from dispatch to delivery). It duly arrived at the given time slot and the courier guys carried it upstairs for me. It is well packed and arrived in superb condition. We chose this furniture because it was ready assembled and therefore not subject to rusting screws etc as we live close to the coast.The colour is a gorgeous rich brown and I particularly like the finishing detail (contrast trim) on the cream colour cushions.
So easy from ordering to delivery. Great service, ordered Sunday took delivery on Friday bang on time. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Would recommend to everyone.
