Really good service, the staff are great. Only planned on getting 1 room done but we've just put an order in for 2 more rooms as we love the furniture and design. Looking forward to our new furniture arriving in a couple of weeks.
Just used Starplan for the first time for fitted wardrobes in my twelve year old grandson's bedroom. The whole experience from start to finish went without a hitch. Great tailor made design, efficient service and a clean, efficient, professional fit. Everything happened when they said it would and we are all delighted with the end result. Thank you Starplan. Now all my daughter needs is the magic potion that makes a man child put his clothes where they should be!!
A well set out store selling a wide range of both fitted and free standing bedroom furniture, units and beds. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who were there when needed but not at all intrusive or pushing for a sale.
Review update - order no. 201704We had our Newport wardrobe package installed yesterday (19th April) and we are more than pleased with them!! There is a lot more room for storage than we thought and they are extremely well built!!The installation guys were very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Starplan to family and friends!!Excellent service today (Sun 4th March) from Paul. He showed us all different types/designs of bedroom furniture available and was very patient when we asked to see variations to what he'd already shown us. We built a great rapport with him and are looking forward to the installation of the furniture we chose!!Paul was a lovely guy and we would certainly recommend him to friends!!
