Friendly helpful staff and the lady in reception even helped me with my cufflink. Professional customer service my only problem was the very cold room. The two electric radiators just didn't warm the room space . I kept walking because of the cold room
Very spacious room and huge comfortable bed. Haven't slept so well in ages. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it although coffee could have been a lot hotter. Didn't get chance to use pool and spa as fell back to sleep after breakfast in bed. Would definitely recommend.
Love this hotel and love the pitch view rooms. Reception Staff are always friendly and the young lads on the first floor coffee shop/restaurant are really approachable and friendly too. Would recommend this hotel. A nice shopping and eating complex in walking distance with bowling and cinema along with friendly football club - Bolton Wanderers
We have just been to see ' And Did Those Feet' an Octagon Theatre production in the Lyon of Vienna suite. It was amazing and got a very well deserved standing ovation. It was moving, passionate and funny. The cast were on the stage the whole time, when it wasn't their part they sat at the back, still on the stage. The scenery was minimal and the actors were also the stage hands, moving the scenery as required. It brought to life the struggles of work, war, family life and grief, with the shared passion of football, which brought everyone together. Well done to everyone involved. A huge thank you. And also to Bolton Wanders for providing the venue whilst the refurb is going on at the theatre.
Very noisy with no ventilation in the windowless bedroom.Very modern rooms with very good bathroom, but getting good rest in our room was difficult.Breakfast was very good.If I visit again I will ask for a different room area.Extremely busy on match days, with young folk dashing everywhere and noisy.But still would recommend.
