Food good but the hotel is so dirty don't think it's ever seen a duster or hover don't have room 126 because you won't get no sleep generators out side bed room window and lift opposite bathroom was clean enough but I suppose when you come on a coach trip they stick you in any room they can't sell
Staff warm and inviting. Very clean. Breakfast very nice. Bedrooms very relaxing
My husband and I have just come back from a national trip and stayed here. I will give you my first impression of the hotel. The hotel room was good had a nice bathroom with shower all worked well and bed was comfortable. That is the good part of hotel. On to the food it was terrible only choice for starter was soup every day so I didn't have any starter even though my husband did but bread roll was not cooked or heated up properly so he didn't have anymore. The mains were choice of 4 dishes all very poor in fact worse hotel food we have had with national. Staff didn't seem to be very obliging or helpful. Evening entertainment was non existent bingo and quiz on Tuesday and a terrible singer on Wednesday. People were fighting over chairs as very few sitting areas available. This is why I am giving it 2 stars which is for the room and bathroom otherwise would have been nil. Wont be going back there.
