So poorly laid out. I can never find what I'm looking for & there is never any checkout staff on. Self serve is a joke
It's really good and has a self-service check out but there are some stock items that can be found in bigger ASDA's that aren't found here. Overall the quality of most items is really good.
Toilets are usually clean and tidy. Store can sometimes be a little untidy. If you use click and collect be prepared for a log wait. Machines for this not very reliable. Prices are reasonable although prices for clothing seem to have increased over recent months. Some of staff are very pleasant, polite and helpful, others just can't be bothered and treat customers like an inconvenience.
As the premises is the oldest of the stores in the Bolton area, going back close to fifty years.The store badly needs a good make over, I find the level of stock is reasonable for the size of store.Most of the staff are ok both youngsters and the older members of staff as well. But I have found that,there is a small group of people that are rude and arrogant when I have been dealt with.Speed of service has varied depending on the time of year but overall on this count ok.
