I dont belong to the christian religion and felt very discriminated by the staff! Need more mature staff at the tills. I had a whole trolly full and was refused to open a till just because the guy was having a gossip with the lady at the kisok counter! So i had to pay a whole trolley at the kisok counter! Mostly i felt very uncomfortable because i dont belong to the christian community they didnt let me use a till because the guy just couldnt be bothered! The lady behind me had bread and he opened a full empty till for her! Really not recommending this place! Discrimination just because of my religion!
Nice place to shop only one problem is the people who beg right outside the door you don't need that when your shopping can the security not move them or the manager this will put customers of doing there shopping I know it's happening outside nearly all the shops in bolton now
I love it here. the Staff know me and always friendly. Really lovely staff and the manager is great too. Always there to help if I want things from the bigger store. Next day. I have NO complaints at all. Great people there
Staff helpful enough but don't think you can just nip in quick for anything always a long wait at checkout even at half eight in the morning ! They carry on with whatever else they are doing or finish the chat with a colleague first !
I go in on a regular basis as its convenient for me.Absolutely disgusted as Ive heard staff in the store swear at each other whilst having a general conversation. I certainly dont want to hear that filth whilst shopping.. its the young staff whom the employ who have no idea how to speak to one another and obviously have no manners in place..Always a queue no matter which checkout youre at and you need to keep an eye on your receipt. Ive been overcharged a few times too.. they need to stock more cakes and bakery items too..
