As previously mentioned by others only happy when making big money,bought a new Suzuki a few years ago at Preston branch now closed,only gave 6 months tax and handed over car with fuel gauge bottom of the red with light on and had the cheek to say put in 15 in liar ! then had suspension failure at14k had to fight tooth and nail to get good will,wishbone replaced then steering wheel left hand down badly,basically calling me a liar on roadtest service adviser said its the pas that does it although fitted from new (liar) second wishbone replaced and they ripped the driveshaft boot fitting it and ripped the threads out of one wheel bolt not using a torque wrench,returned twice asking if new clips etc will be used told yes,old clips used and boot loose and leaking again,on returning was trying to be polite and was sworn at catching them out (been 25 years as a technician) also had a service and the checklist said tappets checked and adjusted,air filter box and cam cover still covered in dust not one finger print or any attempt to look like they had been around that area,warning this is one company you want to stay away from....

Worse dealership i have ever dealt with..... Only one thing they are interested in and that is taking as much money as possible off you....Stay well clear of this company everyone you speak to gives you a different answer compulsive liars.
