We was travelling from 170 miles away to collect our car from the dealership, The boss kindly decided to take out time on a Friday evening so I could get down after work at 9pm !! No hassle whatsoever lovely lads and great buying experience

Very poor customer service. Was given part exchange quote on a Friday. Called up to leave a deposit and book an appointment but was told we could not do this due to part ex and to call back Saturday at the end of the day to arrange an appointment if the car wasn't sold. Called back at 4pm to be told that someone had already booked an appointment today so we were not able too. Advused it had been mis communication Very disappointed son and very poor customer service. Would not recommend
