Wonderful customer service from the young man who made lovely hot chocolate as I arrived, Paul Hargreaves who handled my sale explained throughly the procedure , Zach who helped along the way and the man who explained the finance (reminding me of James Bond ) as I drove away in my new car. Never once did I feel pressured or hurried was a pleasure from start to finish!
Had an absolute A class experience at this dealership buying a used car . I was originally looking at a corsa online at another local dealer but when I visited was totally put off by stereotypical pushy car salesman. On arrival at Bristol Street motors I was left to look at my leisure a the cars available and make up my mind what I was interested in only then when I approached for help did a fantastic member of staff answer any questions I had. I made my mind up and bought a car within less than an hour. I would hand on heart recommend this local friendly car dealership to anyone.
Wanted a change of car and dealership won't ever go back to Bolton motor park, fancied a focus or a fiesta, had a look around and saw a fiesta titanium x saw it wanted it, was joined soon by Karl who was friendly and helpful, explained my needs and financial situation and he did everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted. I could go on for some time but suffice to say I found my visits to Bristol street worthwhile and wasn't walking away scratching my head!
