Ignorant and incompetent. It has been 19 months since I requested a repair in the flat I rent through them and still nothing has been done. The workmen they have sent round have cracked my window, broken my shower doors and used my things and nothing has been done about any of it. They have also sent someone into my flat without my knowledge or permission.
Having found our rental property with farrell heyworth we couldn't be any happier, the staff are all so friendly and helpful with anything we have needed. We dealt mainly with Stevie and she who was extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process. Could not recommend Farrell Heyworth enough!
Having dealt with Farrell Heyworth for rental purposes and, at times, very demanding tenants plus the final sale of the property we were very happy with the friendliness of the staff, especially Gina and Stevie, and the way they handled both rental and sale of the property.

There can do approach With the sale of my property was fantastic, from the moment James came to the house, explaining how the process works, taking the picture's and the floor plans. Stevie, Gina and Stacey in the office were always on hand to give me feedback after the viewings and negotiating the offers.I then bought my new home from the team, and was shown around by Ania who's knowledge of the house and the area was brilliant and was a delight to deal with. I would recommend the Bolton office 100% and if I ever sell again, I would not hesitate to use them again.
