We were impressed with Karen and her knowledge of the local area which persuaded us to work with her as oppose to other agents we met. She made us feel confident about the process and was enthused about selling our property, which was important given we had spent a lot of money and time renovating it after our initial purchase. It was important to us that the agent was as invested as ourselves in selling the house as oppose to someone going through the motions and doing the absolute minimum to receive their fee.Having met a few of the bigger agents in Bolton, it became apparent rather quickly that Karen knew the market well. We also trusted that she would be tenacious in securing the best possible price for our home, which she did.
