Sold my mums house. They did the viewings and really helped my mum as she was really nervous about selling. We decided on the payment up front option and saved some money on it which was good. My mum loved the photos which Holly did. Nice people and thanks for supporting my mum, she thinks you guys are great.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable, as a first time buyer I always had lots of questions and the team were always happy to provide an answer or would always come back to me quickly after seeking advice. I found that their customer service was great and would not hesitate to share my experience with others and recommend them to friends and family. I did not have any issues and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The information held on the property I purchased was accurate and they were completely honest throughout the process. I can honestly say that my experience was great and i do believe that we wouldn't have had our home if it wasn't for the above and beyond hard work of the staff at the purple property shop. after lots of unforeseen issues with mortgage lenders and brokers, we was ready to give up! but with there help and advise we came out the other end with the house we wanted and at a better price too.
