The worst organisation I have ever dealt with! I began Invisalign treatment at the Bupa practice that was located in Sainsburys - the service was very good. Bupa then bought this practice and merged the two. As a result my dentist went from being available within days to having to wait weeks to see him - available on a Tuesday morning every 2 week and the occasional Saturday He blamed the new practice for messing up his workload; the practice blamed him for not being there enough! The treatment overran by 10 months; they overcharged me for the treatment; the retainers supplied at the end have broken within a month and now they went to charge me 85 for a new set - so they can potentially break again in another 4 weeks. At that rate it will cost 1,032 per year to keep my teeth in position! A nice earner for the practice, I guess!Throw in being personally insulted when an appointment was booked incorrectly and you will find yourself several thousand pounds out of pocket & heavily frustrated!AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - at all costs!!!!
receptionists need a lesson in treating customers with respect not laughing at someone when you say you can't make a Saturday appointment! 4000 for THAT?
