The dentist is very good, the staff here are all excellent and very helpful with giving clear information as well as giving amazing treatment. Would recommend highly due to such great service and a good environment.
My wife had been to the Chorley branch of this dentist and had not been happy with the service on several occasions and certainly wasn't seen as a valued customer, despite having paid for cosmetic treatment there. Last month, she needed a small hole filled in her front tooth. The dentists at Chorley seem to want to rush patients in and out and told her to fix this small hole would require a veneer and would be too much drilling away at the tooth for such a small hole. My wife was unhappy as she only wanted a filling in it but the Chorley branch weren't going to do it! We think they only seem to focus on NHS despite my wife offering to pay privately. She then went to this Bolton branch, paid privately and got a perfect white filling that isn't even visible. She has since been back for more cosmetic treatment at this Bolton branch. The service between both branches is completely different. The dentist she saw at the Bolton branch is highly experienced, makes my wife feel at ease and takes time to explain the procedures. The receptionist and nurses are also very friendly in Bolton. In Chorley however, one of the receptionists is very unfriendly and unapproachable to customers and their phone is on voicemail most of the time. However, we have no problem getting through on the phone to the Bolton branch.
My dental record has gone from very good from my old dentist of 20 years to gum disease in 18 months with ravat and ray. Only done one scale and polish in 3 years. shocking!
