Standard of care (in my personal experience) is poor. Went with my 90 yr old mother to help fix a crown. Dentist couldn't even be bothered to greet us with a smile. Very cold demeanour from the female dentist we saw. She didn't bother to take the time to explain to my mum what she was going to do and once the crown had been cemented back in she didn't bother telling us what we need to be aware of afterwards. It was only when i felt compelled to ask her questions about whether we need to make any special provisions that she then told us it's likely to fall out again anyway. She didn't give us any further options available to us if this did happen and I again had to ask her for examples. I'm sure she would have been happy if she just cemented the crown back in and we walked away without having to exchange any further words with us. Very poor communication and a complete lack of compassion or warmth for a nervous elderly patient. I used the practice's feedback form to express my disappointment but they haven't even bothered to reply to me so please don't bother replying to my review here as you clearly don't care about your patients or their feedback.
Good surgery however receptionists are extremely extremely arrogant making fun out of a old man who didnt know his adres and also are very rude thinking they own the dentist with such unpleasant and uninviting faces always looking stuck up never seen them smile
Reception is very slow and never answer the phone. Having seen mr brooks for many years i had been very anxious regarding changing dentists. Even though i hate going, it has been made ok because of the good dentists there. I have undergone treatment for my gums with mr ikram and have been very pleased. Can thoroughly recommend.
I have been calling for months and the staff cant even bother to pick up the phone. Its getting beyond a joke my braces are damaged and need repair and I was spoken to on the phone by rude staff who dont care. Please answer the phone during opening hours its ridiculous.
rang to make an appointment at 17 :45 on a Friday. Telephone message states the Surgery is now closed. Our opening hours are from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays unbelievable!
