I have been attending the clinic for some months now and have undergone several treatments. I am so delighted to say that I am no longer terrified of a trip to the dentist. As a new patient I was assigned Dr. Rhys, he has been so understanding and empathetic and has helped me overcome my fears and has delivered pain free treatment and that's a first. I have been attended by Dr. Cahill on two occasions and once again received the absolute best attention. The dental hygienist, Debbie is so good, I have never experienced this calibre of expertise and care. She is amazing.Toni is an absolute star when it comes to explaining your personal dental plan, and, if necessary arranging a payment plan.The front office staff and dental assistants are all friendly, knowledgeable and do everything to ensure you are comfortable and at ease. Thank you all for helping me overcome my fear and getting me on track to having a happy, healthy mouth.
Staff is the friendliest and most efficient that I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Also staff combine professionalism with genuine concern for the patient. Extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to my concerns,. I felt immediately at ease. A special mention for Dr Michael Cahill.Every visit has been a pleasant one. Dr Cahill has gone out of his way to make every visit comfortable and as stress-free as possible. I feel extremely lucky to have found such a kind and caring dentist.
This practice is without doubt the best dentistry I have experienced within my lifetime ( & alas,I am 73 years old ).Long may they continue.
From the moment of my first consultation to my final appointment after treatment was finished five stars all the way. Don't think your problem is unsolvable and pretend it's going to go away on it's own, It won't. Instead give Cahills a call and trust in their expertise. Can't thank them enough and I'll be seeing them soon for my next check up.
I have been attending this dental centre on and off for quite a few years. Mostly off, as I had a fear of dentists! I never properly finished a treatment.The staff at Cahill's never put me under pressure or made me feel bad about this. They are the most kind, caring and funny group and I adore them!Due to my non attendance, I have just had a lot of extremely radical treatment.It could have all been so horrific but the staff at Cahill's made it one of the warmest and most amusing six months of my life.It's hard to single out people but I will......Toni - funny, warm, empathetic, caring xKat - very kind and an excellent therapist xJen - really helped me with the daunting treatment plan, including sorting the finances xMichael Cahill - what can I say!
