Went in for my appointment today and was spoken to very rudely by the short blonde receptionist, she said I had gone on the wrong day and she would give me 1 last chance at booking me in a disrespectful manor, I told her to forget it. They had previously cancelled my last 2 appointments by text but seemed to think I hadn't shown up ! I have been at this dentist around 10 years and feel upset and angry at this level of bad service, she should be sacked. 4 long time customers now going else wear due to this horrid woman. Bolton dental care you should be ashamed of your self for allowing this woman to greet your patients !
Practice was not open, waited outside with 2 other patients. Started raining so decided to wait at home (5 min walk away) kept phoning till a receptionist picked up. Headed back to the practice to be told someone has 'taken my place' as he is 'very busy' which I'm sure he is but myself and the other patients were all scheduled for 9am and just because someone went in before myself I was told I'd have to come back another day which I think isn't fair as I could have easily be seen as the other patients had not been seen and were also scheduled for the same time!!
This place is very bad (not recommend ) first off all my sister whos just came into the uk and doesnt know how to speak English and they went to the surgery and they say we will be DE REGESTRING you because you cant SPEAK ENGLISH Hh Hows thats fair its not our problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DOESTNT EVEN WARRANT 1 STAR but no other option!! Absolutely fuming with this dentist They de registered my son because he had missed 3 appointments yet the last appointment I called all the way to the surgery to advise them we were stuck in traffic & could be late Not once did anyone pick up that phone by the time we had got to the dentist just to be told when we got in there that he wouldnt be seen. Seconds after leaving i received a message advising they had de registered my 8 year old son I mean How traffic & them not answering the phone is any of our faults I have no idea. They told me that a msg could of been left yet it takes upto 4 hrs for them to pick that up aswel. What a joke dentist these are They were quite happy to see my other Son but not my youngest I mean really how fair is that I dont think so some how sort your policies out they are children for god sakes!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
Good denitist. Not much of a waiting area downstairs. Very steep stairs!
