Great dentist and very friendly staff
Dental surgeries are one place you really hope to be made to feel comfortable, and that the people there are competent. I hate feeling like I HAVE to leave a bad review but this place was mediocre AT best, but charged like they WERE the best. From being Worked on in a rushed fashion in a faulty chair with water dripping all over my face from leaky connections, to being argued with about why it was I felt annoyed at being made to sit in a darkened work site for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to appear, 5 minutes of which would have been my chair time. I ended up walking out. Just not happy. If youre doing a refurb, perhaps not the best time to simultaneously be advertising for new patients. Try looking after the ones you already have?

The worst service I've ever seen. Just come back from my daughter check up I was in all of 2 minutes. He opened her mouth and said I will see you in 6 months. Had 3 cancelled appointments in the past without being told till we got there. I've waited a hour and 20 minutes to be seen in the past and 2 other times over a hour. I will be taking my daughter out soon as I can find another dentist what a disappointment I would not recommend this place to anyone.i was a patient of the previous owner Mr Preston for over 20 years without complaint.
Needed an emergency appointment and was fitted in on the afternoon I rang. All fixed and sorted quickly and staff and dentist were great. Really appreciated the appointment
