not many equipment available, there is a section with mats layed out in a separated calm room at the back of the gym, where are gender restrictions every day at certain times and only for female, commonly between 6 PM - 8PM just at those times when i can attend the gym, but NO male only times at all... why?
I think I was really lucky today, I didn't use the leisure facilities I was attending an appointment at the Spinal Assessment Clinic. The receptionist was polite and well mannered plus no queue so no talking nor waiting. Used the lift to second floor, was 20 minutes behind schedule but got an apology which was nice. Spinal consultant was lovely and I got some answers. Reception has definitely improved since my last appointment here which is a win.
When for a chest x-ray today, lady who did my x-ray was lovely. Parked no problem even for Christmas Eve.
Visited this morning lifeguards not ready on time and when I asked why he was late he just shrugged his shoulders and said I was unbelievable for asking such a question. Such a rude person to be customer facing giving a dreadful representation of Bolton-one. Staff really need to go on customer care course ASAP
Great facility and University. Been coaching and training people here for a good number of years. The staff here are brilliant.The facility has all sorts from strength and conditioning, physiotherapy and leisure facilities.
